At Royally Roasted Nuts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience a problem with our products, customer service, shipping, etc. please let us know. 

We do, however, ask that customers contact us ASAP with any concerns. Perferably within a week of your delivery. 

Returns are handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a processing and/or disposal fee.
